Shipping Policy

1. How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a standard shipping fee of $5.
Shipping is FREE for orders above $30.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, parcels are delivered by Ninja Van within 1–2 business days (Singapore only).

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, please contact us for more details.

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your address with our courier before it ships.

5. What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
We cannot guarantee the parcel’s condition or timely delivery if it needs to be rerouted due to an error.

6. I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
